Ain’t nobody fresher than my motherf—ing clique,” raps Big Sean on one of the 12 tracks on Kanye West’s latest collaborative project. Big Sean is right: In addition to him, Kanye corralled longtime pals like Jay-Z and Pusha T, younger acts like Teyana Taylor and CyHi the Prynce as well as Hall-of-Famers like R. Kelly and Ghostface Killah. The album happily arrives while its title season is still here.

Did Big Boi and Aerosmith switch the album titles they were supposed to use? Big Boi is indeed tapping into another dimension with his second album outside of the Outkast moniker.  For "Lies," the rapper has enlisted the assistance of indie bands such as Phantogram and Little Dragon.

50 Cent, "Street King Immortal
"Remember when Kanye and 50 released an album on the same day and each of them said that he would retire if his album didn't perform as well as the other's? "Curtis" didn't do as well as "Graduation," but 50 did not retire. On his fifth album, he has brought in enough guest stars that it seems like he's trying to compete with "Cruel Summer" for sheer group effort. So far "Immortal" will feature Alicia Keys, Lil' Kim, Akon, Swizz Beatz, Busta Rhymes, Eminem, Chris Brown and Adam Levine.

Hopefully you didn’t get too distracted by gold medalist Gabby Douglas tumbling all over the stage during Alicia Keys’ VMAs performance last week, because behind the piano, Keys was really lighting it up. It’s the singer’s time to shine again. Because no one, no one, no one can get in the way of what she’s feeling.

"LOUIS VUITTON PYTHON SNEAKER"

"LOUIS VUITTON CALLS MR. KANYE WEST FOR MORE INSPIRATION"

Is there any coincidence that for the seven years since Kanye West’s Late Registration topped the charts, that Louis Vuitton has been the world’s most valuable luxury brand?  Kanye calls himself the ‘Louis Vuitton Don’ for all the monogrammed gear he’s loved over the years and even issued a sneaker with that same name when he collaborated with LV on the heels of the original Nike Air Yeezy’s blockbuster success.  Here we see the French label again call upon a Mr. West production, but for more of a ‘sample’ than a true guest spot, as the new Louis Vuitton Upside Down lowtop in python skin takes a page from the Air Yeezy II’s many textures.  One key difference here is that while the Yeezy 2 has pushed into the two thousand dollar range on the resale market, these LVs come with a $1500+ MSRP; is any sneaker worth that much to you?  Let us know after you’ve seen more below.

"MADE IN AMERICA FESTIVAL" JAY-Z SHOWS HIS LOVE FOR PHILLY ALONG WITH OTHER BIG NAMES IN THE BUSINESS

PHILADELPHIA -- Jay-Z's entrance said it all: He bounced up and down on top of the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, mimicking Rocky before he took the stage in front of nearly 50,000. His song "Made In America" played in the background. Jay-Z, like Rocky Balboa, has a rags-to-riches American dream story, and the 42-year-old entertainer -- who grew up in the Brooklyn projects and released his debut album in 1996 -- shared some of that through songs in his 90-minute set Saturday night at the Budweiser Made In America festival. He entered from the back of the stage after running down the steps to perform "Public Service Announcement." That was followed with the night's first cameo: a prerecorded video with President Barack Obama. Obama urged the crowd to vote this fall. He also said Jay-Z's story is "what Made In America means" and added that he enjoys listening to the rapper's music on his iPod.Jay-Z headlined the first night of the two-day festival he curated, performing hits like "99 Problems," "Dirt Off Your Shoulder," "Big Pimpin"' and "Empire State of Mind."

The event is the first of its kind for the entrepreneurial Jay-Z, who is married to superstar Beyonce and owns a music management company, fashion line, nightclub and restaurant; he's also a co-owner of the Brooklyn Nets. "Since you were so good to me, Philly, I'm going to be good to you tonight, Philly," Jay-Z yelled. Rappers Pusta T and Big Sean hit the stage, and Kanye West followed, receiving an electrifying roar from the crowd. They performed a medley of hits, such as "Mercy," "Dance" and "Can't Tell Me Nothing." Jay-Z also brought out his former protΘgΘs and Philadelphians Freeway, Chris and Neff, as well as Memphis Bleek. Common, 2 Chainz and Swizz Beatz also made appearances. The scene was colorful and energetic, as thousands of music fans shifted from the three stages on the Benjamin Franklin Parkway to watch Skrillex, D'Angelo, Passion Pit, Janelle Monae, Calvin Harris and 10 other acts. Sunday's line-up includes Pearl Jam, Run DMC, Odd Future and Drake, who was in the crowd Saturday night. The festival is being filmed as a documentary and will be directed by Ron Howard. Proceeds from the ticketed event will benefit United Way chapters. Jay-Z closed the night with West, performing the smash hit "...In Paris." Then fireworks blasted.

" 50 CALLS KIM KARDASHIAN ~ ONE MAN'S TRASH "

" 50 HAS SOME CHOICE WORDS FOR KANYE'S LADY OR DOES HE?!"

Rappers 50 Cent and Kanye West have long been musical rivals, but now the competition might have turned more personal, with the Queens-born rapper apparently slamming Kanye's girlfriend, Kim Kardashian. 50 gave an interview to XXL magazine in which he says of Kanye's love interest that "one man's trash is another man's treasure. The dig came after 50 Cent was asked about Kayne's new song "Perfect Bitch," apparently about Kim."I mean … if that man feel like she's perfect, then she's perfect.

He could mean it and you'll end up singing the words to it because he's Kanye." He added: "You know how it is? One man's trash is another man's treasure." 50 Cent went on to say that he didn't know if there was such a thing as a perfect woman. I'm not sure. The smartest guys I know have lost, being a bad judge of character in that area."

So is this really an insult? Or is 50 just calling it as he sees it, as the men that were with Kim K. prior must see her as "Trash"  (see Ray J, Reggie Bush and Kris Humphries) and now Kanye see Kim as his "Treasure"... Sort of...lol...

" KANYE IS KEEPING UP! "

"KANYE IS SET TO MAKE IS DEBUT ON KEEPING UP WITH THE KARDASHIANS "

It was only a matter of time before the match made in publicity heaven found its way to reality television. Any doubts about whether or not Kanye West would lend his image to girlfriend Kim's hit show Keeping Up with the Kardashians were put to rest last night as the hip-hop phenom showed up to take his lady to Scott Disick's restaurant opening.From the music building upon Kanye's arrival, E! must have known what kind of moment they had as he walked through the door. (You'd think it was the second coming or something.)

In the end, Kanye's debut was rather anticlimactic if only because it was refreshingly normal. His appearance was less about the over-the-top personae he's cultivated in the press and more about being the standard supportive boyfriend. He simply smiled all googly-eyed in the corner while Kim debated on what to wear, tossed a few sub-titled compliments her way, and doled out hugs to her sisters. Maybe this thing is going to go the distance after all.

The BET Awards didn't begin with a bang but an extended bleep, as the censor police worked overtime during a performance by Kanye West's G.O.O.D Music group, Nicki Minaj and Samuel L. Jackson and Spike Lee's parody of Jay-Z and West's hit song "... In Paris." There were extended moments of muted silence as West, Big Sean, Pusha T and 2 Chainz kicked off the show with a performance of "Mercy" (though not all the offending words were bleeped out). Moments later, Jackson, the show's host, was joined by Lee as they did their rendition of the West-Jay-Z hit, to laughs."Two distinguished Morehouse men," Lee joked after the performance, referencing the alma mater of the two.

West and Jay-Z won the ceremony's first award; at first, West arrived onstage alone, and alluded to his many awards-show mishaps."I wish Jay-Z was here to say something politically correct for me," he said, before his mentor came to the stage. Other early winners included  Beyonce and Chris Brown for best male R&B artist, his second consecutive win in the category. Kevin Hart — who hosted the awards last year — also won for best actor, Big Sean was named best new artist and Wale and Miguel's smooth hit "Lotus Flower Bomb" won best collaboration.

Women salivate over Manolo Blahnik heels. Men covet Nike Air Yeezy 2 sneakers.

The limited edition shoe, designed by rapper Kanye West, has already attracted long lines and frenzied online bidding in the thousands of dollars. That's kind of impressive, considering the shoe goes on sale Saturday at a retail price of $245. Only about 3,000 to 5,000 pairs will be released, and sneaker collectors -- known as "sneakerheads" -- are anxiously awaiting the chance to add the shoes to their closet or resell them for a plump profit. On Wednesday, a pair of preordered Yeezy 2 kicks sold for an astronomical $90,300 on EBay. Other auctions are underway, with offers ranging from $1,000 to $3,000.

(As a point of comparison, a pair of sequined Blahnik slingbacks can be had for $400 on the auction site, and nude Jimmy Choo sandals for $375.)

Many shoe stores have learned a thing or two since the 2009 release of the first Yeezy shoe, West's debut collaboration with Nike, which drew huge crowds. Some have adopted a raffle system to discourage rabid fans from camping outside stores overnight, and others are encouraging shoppers to enter similar drawings via Twitter. Julio Martinez, the manager of Blends shoe store in downtown Los Angeles, said "mass chaos" during the release of the first Yeezy convinced him to implement a raffle. The store will probably only get about a dozen or so pairs of the coveted shoe, he said. "Last time, people were lined up around the block and sleeping outside," Martinez said. "It's crazy everywhere. We are trying to keep it as calm as possible."
On Thursday night, about 150 shoppers queued up outside the store to put their name in a drawing.

Jason Woods, 26, a security officer at LAX, said he planned to hit about five stores that day to up the odds of adding the Yeezy 2 to his collection of more than 100 sneakers. "It's about the name, it's about the fashion, it's about Kanye West," Woods said. His friend, Larry Stenson, 35, nodded in agreement. "Fashion is everything!" he shouted.

The upcoming 2012 BET Awards will have a list of black stars of the music world including Kanye West with 7 nominations, and his mentor and friend Jay-Z who has earned 5 nominations. Jay-Z's wife Beyoncé has earned 6 nominations. Jay-Z's and Mr. West's video "Otis" from their album "Watched The Throne" is up for video of the year. While Beyoncé "Love on Top" and "Countdown" has 2 nominations. Samuel L. Jackson will host the July 1st show which will be held in the Shirne Auditorium in Los Angeles. Other nominees attending Lil Wayne, Drake, J.Cole, Nikki Minaj and Chris Brown who will both be performing as well. MAZE featuring Frankie Beverly  will receive a BET Lifetime Achievement award.

"GIVE ME DAP UNCLE KANYE!"

As Kanye West and Kim Kardashian start their new relationship, it seems as if Kanye is fitting in with the family just fine. Here is Uncle Kanye giving "Dap" to the youngest member of the Kardashian clan "Mason", who is the son of Kourtney Kardashian. It seems that Mason is liking Uncle Yeezy.

Who know if in the future Mason will have a cousin to play with? I guess we will have to stay tuned for that one!
