Hotheaded hip-hop stars Drake and Chris Brown turned a SoHo nightclub into a blood-soaked battlefield yesterday as they and their entourages fought with fists and bottles over the affections of Rihanna, sources and witnesses said. “I am f**king the love of your life,” read a note sent from Drake’s table to Brown at about 4 a.m. after Brown ordered his rival’s table a bottle of pricey Armand de Brignac Champagne commonly known as Ace of Spades, a witness said. “I saw him tell the waitress to send a bottle to Drake’s table. I then saw a waitress come back with a piece of paper and gave it to Chris,” Ingrid Gutierrez, 21, a model who was sitting at Brown’s table, told The Post. “He looked upset and just threw it on the floor.”  Drake and a posse that included rapper Meek Mill and all their bodyguards then walked over to the table where a shirtless Brown was seated. “They were giving him [Brown] the middle finger. They got into each other’s faces and were shouting at each other,” Gutierrez said.

“Chris told Drake to f--k off, and the next thing I could hear is the sound smashed glass and mayhem started.“Somebody in Drake’s group I don’t think it was Drake swung at Chris, but missed. “Chris didn’t swing back, he just tried to brush them off. He told us, ‘Let’s go,’ but there were bottles flying at us. I saw one bottle was thrown, it looked like a vodka bottle, and hit Chris on the face,” she said. “The anger from Drake’s entourage was terrifying.” The bloodshed touched off a full-scale brawl in the basement club where aat least 5 bystanders were injured by flying bottles. Club W.I.P., connected to the much-larger Greenhouse club, was jammed at the time with a slew of celebrities including Mary J. Blige, Trey Songz, Wale, Ne-Yo and NBA star Tony Parker and their hangers-on. Brown, 23 on probation for assaulting Rihanna three years ago suffered a deep gash on his face. “There was blood gushing out of Chris’ chin,” Gutierrez said.

W.I.P.’s floor was left a wasteland of broken glass, spilled booze and blood after the capacity crowd emptied out onto Van Dam and Varick streets. NYPD detectives yesterday took copies of surveillance video that captured the brawl. There were at least two police reports filed as cops investigated. Brown’s rep, Raymond, said, “Chris, Karreuche and his friends were victims of a brutal attack last night at W.I.P. They sustained several injuries. Chris and his party are cooperating with New York authorities, who are pursuing the incident further.”

Floyd Mayweather Jr. must remain behind bars in the Clark County (Nev.) Detention Center, a judge has ruled, denying the world champion boxer's request to be removed to house arrest.After being taken into custody to begin his sentence in a domestic violence case, Mayweather "discovered his subjective understanding" of jail conditions "was inaccurate," Judge Melissa Saragosa wrote in a decision Wednesday that voided a scheduled Thursday hearing on the matter. "These facts do not give rise to jurisdiction of this court to modify defendant's sentence." Saragosa was told by Mayweather's attorneys that the boxer's plan to fight for two more years was in danger because jail deprives him of proper nutrition and exercise.

In a 35-page request, the attorneys cited a doctor's report that said Mayweather's caloric intake was one-fifth as much as it was outside jail and that isolation effectively stops him from exercise.
Mayweather began an 87-day jail sentence on June 1 after pleading to domestic battery for a physical confrontation with the mother of his three children. "The court finds the alleged dehydration of the defendant to be self-induced as water is made available to him 24 hours a day," Saragosa wrote. "The court further finds the estimated intake of only 800 calories per day is also self-induced as defendant chooses not to eat the food provided." Saragosa added the physical training areas "may not be consistent with his prior regimen," but, "he is indeed provided sufficient space and time for physical activity if he so chooses." Mayweather is expected to be released from jail sometime in August.

Evelyn Lozado is turning over a new leaf, literally!  She is one of the hot stars of the reality hit show VH1’S Basket Ball Wives.  The Brooklyn born and Bronx raised beauty and the current fiancé of often outspoken WR of the newly acquired Miami Dolphins, has received some backlash over her antics on the show. She was recently called out by many for her throwing a bottle at another cast mate calling her “Loose”. Evelyn states that “someone could have gotten hurt,” and says “she will never throw another wine bottle at anyone again”.  She has recently written a novel called “INNER CIRCLE”  which she is portrayed by a character by the name of (Eve Inez) who marries and NFL star.  In the book she form a team of wives who are also married to other NFL stars, who are out to protect their men from other women who wants to steal them away from them!  Damn! Doesn’t that sound too familiar? LOL!  

Evelyn has also developed a line of clothing, jewelry and cosmetics. The soon to be wife of Chad Ochocinco has also received more back lash over some recent tweets regarding her fiancé being release by his former team the New England patriots, which didn’t sit well with Chad’s fans when she tweeted  “I’m the breadwinner now! Which means I make the rules!” But little do people know that is how they met threw twitter. Evelyn is soon marry in July and will also be doing a spin off show with her  husband called “Ev & Ohco” will be airing late this year, she will also be in season 5 for basket Ball Wives as well this year. So  I’m sure we will see more of Evelyn after VH1 ever decides to end their BBW series. Evelyn has a good head on her shoulders and pretty face to go with that gorgeous head despite all the bad press she receives from tabloids, she is a native New Yorker which means she will know exactly what it takes to succeed in this business for a long time to come!

" OUR BABIES GROWING UP ON HIP HOP MUSIC IS IT GOOD OR BAD FOR OUR CHILDREN'S FUTURE? "

" HEY MOMMY/DADDY CAN I LISTEN TO YOUR IPOD?!"

I'm an absolute fan of hip Hop music since my days of growing up in the era of the 80's-90's. I used to listen to rappers like (Run-DMC, LL Cool Jay, The Fat Boys, Big Daddy Kane, NaS, The Notorious BIG) But music was different back in my dayS. There wasn't such a threat of violence and exposure of drugs as it is now a days.  But ever wonder why your child knows the lyrics of the latest Hip Hop or R&B song that shoud only be listened to by adults? Ever wonder why your child knows how to do the “Stanky-Leg” or the "Dougie" dance and not their homework? In my recent post I tackle the issue of children listening to Hip Hop & R&B music either via radio, Ipod, or television. My question to you is “Should your kids listen to such music which exposes women, drugs, and violence amongst the inner city"? Is there an age restriction for young parents to allow their kids to listen to hip hop? Will having your kids listen to such music influence them to do bad things in life like having them hurt or kill someone? Will it lead them or even putting them in jail? With the music world being so entwined with such respected artist like Drake, Kanye West, Nikki Minaj, Lil’ Wayne, Usher, Rick Ross, Jay-Z, Diddy and others it’s hard for the kids not to listen to it especially when it’s blaring out of the windows of cars, barber shops, supermarkets or even in your own home? I have a better question will Jay-Z and Beyonce'allow their little girl BlUE-IVY listen to their music when she turns 2-5 years old? 

Here are some soultions:

1)      Should we as parents and adults eliminate all inappropriate music from our ipod or music devices?  

2)      Should we create a children’s playlist on our ipod’s or music devices  only for our children to listen to?

3)      Or simply buy them their own ipod/music device  and load it with more suitable music for them to listen to?

4)      Just allow them to listen to whatever they want regardless of what explicit lyrics are on the songs they will listen to it anyway!?

So what are better solutions to this epidemic amongst parents and their children in the inner city today? Or are we making too much of it and is it all just music and it should not be taken so seriously?

Will you continue to allow your children to listen to it?

After surviving those old Celtics, Lebron James and the Heat get the Thunder's young guns in the NBA finals. Kevin Durant, Russell Westbrook and the rest of the Western Conference champions will host Game 1 on Tuesday night when the NBA's championship series comes to Oklahoma City for the first time.

The Thunder finally got their opponent Saturday night when the Heat finished off the Celtics with a 101-88 victory in Game 7, sending Miami to its second straight finals berth and giving James a third attempt at his first ring. James had 31 points and 12 rebounds to set up a marquee matchup with Durant, the NBA's scoring champion whom he beat out for the league's MVP award.
''I'm looking forward to going against him,'' James said.

James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh fell short in their first season together, losing in six games to Dallas last year. The Heat earned another chance by winning the final two games against the Celtics, whose older legs might have run out of steam after Boston led the decisive game by seven at halftime.
Energy won't be a problem for the Thunder, whose core of 23-year-old Durant, the league's three-time scoring champion, Westbrook (23) and James Harden (22) was born when the Celtics' Big Three of  Keven Garnett, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce was around middle school age. The Thunder, who moved to Oklahoma City in 2008, roll into their franchise's first finals appearance since the Seattle SuperSonics lost to Chicago in 1996. They surged past San Antonio by winning the final four games after dropping the first two to the No. 1 seed. After eliminating defending champion Dallas and the Lakers in the first two rounds, the Thunder look to knock out another heavyweight in the Heat, the 2006 NBA champions.

''We all know how tough it's going to be but we're going to fight to the end no matter what, leave it out on floor and we'll live with the results,'' Durant said. The Thunder will host the first two games before the series moves to Miami for Games 3-5. Despite their youth, the Thunder have some finals experience. Starting center Kendrick Perkins played in two finals with the Celtics against the Lakers, both times against teammate Derek Fisher. ''Once you get to the finals, it's just about will and heart,'' Perkins said. ''You could do all the scouting that you want to do and try to get ready for them, but at the end of the day, you done worked so hard to get here that it's just coming from within. You've just got to dig deep.
''By Game 4 or 5, you'll see guys getting tired because of the season being long or whatever. It's just digging deep and seeing who wants it more.'' The teams split a pair of meetings during the regular season, each winning at home.

"MANNY PAQUIAO WINS HIS WBO WELTERWEIGHT TITLE BACK"

The World Boxing Organization (WBO) ruled Wednesday that  Manny Paquiao should have won his controversial defeat to Timothy Bradley and has recommended a re-match between the fighters.

American Bradley won a split decision at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on June 10 that prompted disbelief from the sporting world and had many calling the outcome corrupt.

The WBO met with five international judges to evaluate video of the match and they unanimously scored the fight in favor of Pacquiao, though they do not have power to overturn the initial ruling and the result will still stand.

Pacquiao has indicated that he would prefer a rematch over Bradley forfeiting the belt, according to Bob Arum, the promoter for both fighters.

Projected rematch date will be some time in November 2012.

That's kind of impressive, considering the shoe goes on sale Saturday at a retail price of $245. Only about 3,000 to 5,000 pairs will be released, and sneaker collectors -- known as "sneakerheads" -- are anxiously awaiting the chance to add the shoes to their closet or resell them for a plump profit. On Wednesday, a pair of preordered Yeezy 2 kicks sold for an astronomical $90,300 on EBay. Other auctions are underway, with offers ranging from $1,000 to $3,000.

(As a point of comparison, a pair of sequined Blahnik slingbacks can be had for $400 on the auction site, and nude Jimmy Choo sandals for $375.)

Many shoe stores have learned a thing or two since the 2009 release of the first Yeezy shoe, West's debut collaboration with Nike, which drew huge crowds. Some have adopted a raffle system to discourage rabid fans from camping outside stores overnight, and others are encouraging shoppers to enter similar drawings via Twitter. Julio Martinez, the manager of Blends shoe store in downtown Los Angeles, said "mass chaos" during the release of the first Yeezy convinced him to implement a raffle. The store will probably only get about a dozen or so pairs of the coveted shoe, he said. "Last time, people were lined up around the block and sleeping outside," Martinez said. "It's crazy everywhere. We are trying to keep it as calm as possible."

Jason Woods, 26, a security officer at LAX, said he planned to hit about five stores that day to up the odds of adding the Yeezy 2 to his collection of more than 100 sneakers. When peoples careers get to the "nobody cares" stage they use my name for publicity! Lol. I can't keep helping these old ni----s. Its miracle the way I'm bringing the dead alive! I would've gladly wrote you something that would make u look less irrelevant! Listening to "let me show u how ur P works"!!!! THAT S--- IS TRASH! If u need help just ask!," But The trash tweeting didn't stop there, Brian also took shots at R.Kelly child molestation charges, and Floyd Mayweather domestic issues as well.

He added referring to McKnight's controversial single. Brian has just released his adult song "iFUrReadyTo Learn" on itunes. The song, previewed in April, caused much commotion for the singer known for his tamer material. With lyrics like "Let me show you how your p---- works, since you didn't bring it to me first/I have lots of things to show you if you’re ready to learn. So what will become of such a 'MESS' that Mark Zuckerberg has created?! No, not facebook but that fact that he is now being sued by investor who believe that Mark had the inside scoop on his company's stock before anyone else which as caused his stock to plummet to a mere $26 a share. In a recent article written by the Vibe magazie states :  Facebook shareholders filed a new class action lawsuit against him. Zuckerberg is accused of pulling a billion dollar fast one on Facebook investors. Allegedly, he had inside info that the stock was grossly overvalued and decided to quickly unload a ton of Facebook stock in hopes of protecting his own financial haven. Can you even blame the shareholders for retaliating? You’d think he learned the first time since apparently this is the second time in two weeks a group of Facebook shareholders are accusing him of withholding information. Zuckerberg, along with a few of his minions attempted but failed at hiding the fact that there was not enough advertising revenue to support a stock valued at $38 dollars a share. Apparently Morgan Stanley, JPMorgan, and Goldman Sachs did their job of making it aware that Facebook was seriously overvalued but that information was disclosed to the larger investors only. Sneaky, right? Large or small investor, every investor holding a share deserves to know what is going on. This is hard earned money you’re talking about here. Kind of makes you wonder what else might be going on behind the scenes of this obsessive social media.

One thing is for sure, money talks---and it's calling out the greedy. So did Zuckerberg use that information for his own gain and bail while he still could? What does he know that we don’t?

So the queen of r&b and hip-hop Ms. Mary J. Blige will not only be doing more music in the future, but will be doing clothing as well? In a recent article written by The Huffing Post - Mary J. Blige has revealed that she is in the "brainstorming” stage of creating a fashion collection. The 40-year-old star was in China for Armani's “One Night Only in Beijing” fashion show Thursday night when she told the publication about the project. Her first crack at a clothing line when she collaborated with  Catherin Malandrino was cute, but this sounds like it could be bigger and better. She plans to launch the line with just shoes and boots and then move into apparel, which she hopes to offer some "great-fitting jeans." From what we've witnessed from her style over the years, I'm sure we can expect some knee-high boots, a few metallic dresses, a white pant suit and lots of leather and leopard. This should be interesting.  But with the recent Burger king Chicken wrap debacle behind her, we're glad the singer can refocus on her music, acting and now budding fashion design career.

Summer Jam 2012has been underway at Met Life Stadium in New Jersey since 5pm on Sunday (June 3), but a tweet from Lil Wayne, sent an hour and a half after the concert began, says that his YMCMB team will be canceling their sets. “Young Money ain't doing summer jam,” Wayne wrote on Sunday. Nicki Minaj and Tyga were both on the lineup today, and Tyga has even hit the stage already. Nicki Minaj, however, backed up via twitter.  One of Minaj’s earlier tweets showed that she was excited about taking the stage, writing, “History will be made @ Hot97 Summer Jam tonight. I really hope you're there to witness it,” but just a few hours later things had changed. Hot 97 radio personality Peter Rosenberg voiced a negative opinion on Minaj's "Starships," calling the song "Wack"  and adding that she was was no longer 'real hip-hop,' which started all of the trouble.

The setting has 3.50 carats of flawless diamonds set in 18-carat white gold. The couple met in 2002 after Stoudemire was drafted with the Phoenix Suns. They plan to wed in 2013. 

Also  6 time NBA all-star Carmelo Anthony celebrated his 28th birthday with wife La La Anthony and a group of friends at Lower East Side restaurant Sons of Essex. A fellow diner tells us Melo and his group “were drinking red and white wine all night, and they got a round of shots before they left. The party ordered a lot of appetizers to share and stayed for three hours, nodding their heads to the hip-hop.” La La tweeted, “Happy birthday to my husband, my baby daddy . . . LOL, my best friend & the man I love.”

The Mets drought stretched into the team's 50th season, Thank you, Johan for finally breaking the curse. FINALLY!!!

On June 1, 1992, the phone rang in Dorothy and Charles Jeter’s house in Kalamazoo, Mich.
“My mom answered it,’’ Derek Jeter told The Post. “She said the Yankees were on the phone and they wanted to talk to me.’’Dick Groch, a scout with the Yankees, recalled the conversation as very simple and made plans to meet with the family the next night. While Jeter said he was surprised the team that his favorite player, Dave Winfield, played for had taken him with the sixth overall pick in the draft, he doesn’t recall what happened after he hung up. “I don’t know what I did,’’ Jeter said. “I really don’t know. Wow, that was 20 years ago?’’

 

THE HOMES: When Derek Jeter was drafted, he was living in his parents’ Kalamazoo home (pictured). He paid $2,100 a month for his first NY apartment in the Continental Towers on East 79th Street. He has moved up in the world, now spending his offseasons at his 31,000-square foot, $7.7M waterfront home in Tampa.

 

THE WOMEN: Jeter spent four years with high school sweetheart Marisa Novara, but ever since he has been nearly as prolific in dating starlets as he has been in collecting hits. It started with a relationship with Mariah Carey (pictured) and most recently he dated Minka Kelly. In between, he was tied to the likes of Jessica Alba (below right), Jessica Biel, former Miss Universe Lara Duta, Vanessa Minnillo and former Tiger Woods mistress Rachel Uchitel..

Everyone knows what has transpired in those 20 years. Jeter remembers signing for $700,000 with another $125,000 for college on June 27. “The day after my birthday,’’ Jeter said. From there Jeter went from a skinny high school shortstop with a questionable swing to the 1996 Rookie of the Year winner, a five-time World Series winner and a spot at the table with Yankees icons Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig and Joe DiMaggio.
“Twenty years, that seems like a long time ago,’’ Jeter said. According to some in the Yankees’ organization, they believed Jeter would go to the Astros with the first pick. Instead, Houston took Phil Nevin. Groch, who signed Jeter and now works for the Brewers, made a speech at a pre-draft meeting in Tampa that is part of Yankees lore.Concerned Jeter would accept a scholarship to Michigan and play for his beloved Wolverines, Groch was asked how serious Jeter was about going to Ann Arbor.

Then the scout delivered an impassioned message to his bosses. “He’s not going to Michigan. He’s going to Cooperstown,’’ Groch said to his superiors in an emotional voice. Recalling that this week, Groch said it wasn’t a stretch. “If you get the opportunity to get one of those type players you get excited about it,’’ Groch said. How long is 20 years in the baseball business? “We went to dinner the day after he was drafted and we talked everything but baseball,’’ Groch said of dinner with the Jeter family. “He had representation and that bogged things down because in those days it was faxes back and forth, but it got done.’’

The Thunder say Lil Wayne is welcome to attend a playoff game in Oklahoma City, but needs to buy a ticket just like everyone else. The rapper created a stir Thursday night by posting on Twitter that he was "going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena."

"D.C. COMICS GREEN LANTERN IS A GAY SUPER HERO "

 "THE GAY LANTERN"

One of DC Comics oldest heroes is super-coming out. The original Green Lantern - a DC Comics' mainstay for the past 70 years - will be revealed to be a gay man in next week's issue of "Earth 2." Alan Scott - formerly a married father of two who first appeared in 1940 - tips readers off to his sexuality early on in the comic when he gives his boyfriend a welcome home kiss. "He's very much the character he was. He's still the pinnacle of bravery and idealism. He's also gay," "Earth 2" writer James Robinson told The Post.
The Emerald Guardian's sexuality was rebooted along with the rest of his fictional universe as part of DC's "New 52" initiative aimed at rejuvenating their characters. Robinson said he decided to make the change because making the character young again meant erasing Scott's gay superhero son out of existence.
"The only downside of his being young was we lose his son, Obsidian, who's gay. So I thought, 'Why not make Alan Scott gay?'" Robinson recalled. "That was the seed that started it."He ran his idea by the bosses at DC, "who signed off on it without hesitation."Robinson, a British writer who lives in San Francisco with his wife, is no stranger to gay characters - he wrote DC's "Starman" comic in the 1990s, a groundbreaking title that starred a homosexual superhero. He said the only agenda he's pushing is reality.

"It's a realistic depiction of society," he said. "You have to move with the times." He said he did hope the character - who's the most powerful member of DC's superteam, the Justice Society - would be an inspiration. "He's a type-A personality who doesn't hide in the shadows," Robinson said. "I hope he's a positive figure. If there's some kind of kid out there who's reading the comic and who's worried about the person he is, maybe it will give him a positive sense of who he is. Or maybe a different kid will read it and decide I don't need to bully some kind of kid in school," Robinson said. While a gay wedding in Archie Comics earlier this year and impending same-sex nuptials in a Marvel X-Men comic have recieved a small amount of backlash from angry parents, Robinson said he's not worried about that because "that kind of negativity is stupid and outmoded.""We should be preaching love and tolerance," he said. "Earth 2" No. 2 goes on sale Wednesday.The character is different than the more modern Green Lantern, ladies' man Hal Jordan, who stars in his own comics and is a member of an extraterrestrial police force called the Green Lantern Corps. Jordan's also part of DC's Justice League with Wonder Woman, Batman, Superman, the Flash and Aquaman. In the current "New 52" continuity, the Alan Scott Green Lantern and the Justice Society operate in a different universe than the Justice League. Robinson said in the "Earth 2" universe, Scott is the sole Green Lantern, and "the strongest, most important super-powered character" in the world.

As if it couldn't get worst for NY Knicks legend Patrick who was recently rumored to be interviewing for the Michael's Jordan's Charlotte Bobcats. From their fierce battles against Patrick's Knicks and Michael's Bulls were the best rivalries in the in NBA past. But Micheal has won 6 titles and Patrick? Well not one! But wait, It gets worst! Patrick was a clear favorite to win the head coach vacancy left by the last coach who was fired (Paul Silas) who lead the Bobcats to their worst franchise record 7-59.

And then, the Charlotte Bobcats President of Basketball Operations Rod Higgins says the team will hire a new head coach within the next couple of weeks, but it won't be Patrick Ewing.Higgins said that owner Michael Jordan informed Ewing that the team plans to hire someone other than him to replace Paul Silas. Exactly who that is remains to be seen.Higgins says ''Patrick has a lot of great qualities as a coach and he will one day be a head coach.''The Bobcats have interviewed eight candidates for the job and plan to talk with more in the next week or so. Once they conclude that process, they'll narrow the list down to the final few candidates who will then meet with Jordan face-to-face before a final decision is made.

Wait! there might be a light at the end of the story and it's called KARMA! Last night Micheal's Bobcats were denied themselves losing the NBA draft lottery to the New Orleans Hornets who are gauranteed to pick the 2012 #1 pick in the draft. Rap star and business entrepreneur Sean "Diddy" Combs is worth hundreds of millions of dollars. So, why was his son given a full athletic scholarship to UCLA? School officials are defending that decision.

The 5'9", 170-lb 18-year-old cornerback graduated from the all-male Iona Preparatory School in New Rochelle, New York last week and is set to enroll in UCLA on June 24. "Athletic scholarships are awarded to students strictly on the basis of their athletic and academic ability, and not on a student's financial need," UCLA said in a statement. According to the school, its athletic scholarships are entirely funded by athletic department ticket sales, corporate partnerships, media contacts and private donations from supporters.
UCLA officials said the university awards about 285 full athletic scholarships every year to outstanding student athletes. The Combs family has not issued a comment.

Combs, who also served as a backup quarterback, also received offers to play football for other colleges such as the University of Alabama at Birmingham and Tennessee Tech University. He announced in early 2011 that he was committing to the Bruins, adding that he would be closer to his father. The merit-based full athletic scholarship covers annual tuition and fees, as well as room and board. Its $54,000 sum matches what an out-of-state student residing on campus would pay annually. A California resident living in a dorm at UCLA pays about $31,902 a year. The Combs family has not issued a comment.

The Brooklyn DA's office and NYPD revealed that they arrested 14 members of a "violent Crown Heights gang known as the Brower Boys. The suspects, the youngest of whom is 13, would break into apartments and, in one case, they raped a woman during a home invasion. They were discovered thanks to their Facebook bragging. Police Commissioner Ray Kelly says, “Although some were as young as 13, the Brower Boys were old hands at burglaries and worse victimizing neighbors, but making the mistake of fighting over the proceeds on Facebook, which led keen NYPD Anti-Crime officers in the 77th Precinct to monitor and arrest them." More specifically, the Daily News reports one suspect wrote, "It's break-in day on the avenue," on Facebook and "The dopey burglars apparently didn’t clam up after two other Brooklyn gangs were busted for touting their exploits on Twitter and other sites. Some even joked they could be targets." Kelly said, "They talked about the possibility of the Brower Boys being next and they signed their messages with LOL, laughing out loud." "BREAST FEEDING MILITARY MOM'S MORAL OBLIGATION OR CONTROVERSY HYPE?"

So has anyone seen the Time magazine cover of a 26 year old mom breating feeding her 3 year old son? So I havea question? "Are moms in America taking a a new approach in nursing their kids in public?" on recent article featured in Today (MSNBC) features military women breating feeding their children in their uniforms. These photos have spark a national outrage amongst many Americans. So is this "fair" or "unfair" these women who are public figures making the right decision to breast feed their child in public and possibly facing a ton of criticism for their moral acts. So who will follow these brave women? Public Librarians? Female Postal Carriers? Or will the next time anyone is walking down the street and see a female police officer pull out one of her breast to feed her child  in the back of a police car should we see it as a normal act or frown upon viewing such act? I will let you be the judge?

WHAT IS TOO SKINNY FOR YOU?

The debate will rage on as to whether or not skinny jeans are healthy for women or men? I Know I love to see women like Halle, Kim, Sofia, and Amber in some nice pair of "skinny jeans" In an article posted in the ny daily news notes that this dilema can have a long term effects on person male or female. Doctors suggest that wearing skinny jeans too much might cause nerve damage in the later future and anyone who experience should consider getting rid  of the sooner than later. But the jeans business this is big money and you can't go anywhere in the city and not see a skinny jean sale in H&M, The Gap, Forever 21, Express and other fashion stores. But who knows maybe one day we will wake up and the skinny jean fad will just magiaclly disappear or maybe not! Who knows if this fad will ever go away? or will it be a remaining fad for years to come?
